Security Deposit:  refundable security deposit due with reservation:  
$500 for monthly rental

Rates include:  Florida State and local taxes, basic cable tv; local
telephone calls,
water; trash pick up; The Villages Amenity Fee; electricity and gas.

There is a non-refundable $50 processing fee payable to The Villages
for temporary I.D.'s.
