Magical Stay is a superb 5 bed / 4 bath executive villa located in the prestigious gated development 
of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. This fabulous location, away from the hustle and bustle of the 
infamous US 192, has something for everyone.  

For big kids and small children alike, the timeless magic of Walt Disney World is just 20 minutes 
away. Keen golfers are spoilt for choice as Magical Stay is located just a few minutes away from a 
number of excellent golf courses including Southern Dunes which is currently ranked 6th in “Best 
Places to Play” in Florida. For those that prefer a slightly slower pace, the beautiful and natural 
Tower Lake is right on the doorstep and as our guests, you would have exclusive access to this well-
stocked fishing and boating lake.

Our home was completed just last year and offers nearly 3,000 square feet of fabulous living 
accommodation. The layout is ideally suited to a large family group or two families sharing. 

With two master suites on the ground floor, three twins (one en-suite) and one further bathroom on 
the first floor, large living accommodation (including private den / bedroom 6) and a south-east 
facing pool / spa with large deck, it is the perfect place for your well earned vacation.

A games room has just been completed so your family will be able to enjoy pool, foosball, air hockey 
and basketball after your day at the parks!

The villa has been furnished throughout to the highest standard. Cable TV is available in all rooms 
offering numerous channels including BBC America and some English sport. Magical Stay is also 
equipped with wireless broadband and an 'office' area, enabling you to plug in your lap-top to catch 
up on email or view the news and weather 'back home'. 

In the area are 24 hour supermarkets, numerous restaurants, takeaways and delivery services.  The 
recently opened $500m Posner Park is just a short drive away for a fantastic shopping and dining 
experience.

Detailed Information.

Living Area
The open-plan lounge area has a light airy feel with a high ceiling and access to the pool deck. 
There is plenty of space to accommodate the whole family with comfortable sofas and cable TV.

There is air-conditioning throughout the villa. 
 
Dining
There are three dining areas. Inside you have the choice of a family dining room or informal 
breakfast nook and breakfast bar. Outdoors you can dine under the lanai with the added comfort of a 
ceiling fan.

Bedrooms
There are five bedrooms in total; two master suites downstairs, with king and queen sized beds 
respectively, cable TV and luxury ensuite bathrooms. Upstairs there are three twin rooms, each with 
cable TV. There are a further two bathrooms which can be used as shared or en-suite. The 
downstairs 'den' has a sofa bed and, as this is completely separate to the main living areas, could 
be used as an additional private guest room. 

Kitchen & Breakfast Nook 
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the gadgets, crockery, cutlery and utensils you require you 
need to look after the whole family’s culinary needs.  There is a large oven, hob, microwave and, of 
course, an American size fridge. 

Second Reception Room 
The den is a perfect space for the kids to unwind after a day in the parks with cable tv.  This self-
contained room can also double up as the 6th bedroom

Games Room
The games room has been installed just this year and consists of a 7' pool table, air hockey, 
electronic basketball and foosball (table football)

Laundry 
Fully equipped laundry room with washing machine and tumble-dryer

Master Bedroom Suite 
The large ground floor master suite contains a king size bed and premium furnishings.  There are “his 
and hers” walk in closets providing all the space you need.  The luxury bathroom has a corner bath, 
two mirrored vanity areas and access to the huge walk in shower.  The master suite also connects 
directly to the pool deck. 

Master Bedroom 2
Also on the ground floor, this suite contains a queen size bed and premium quality furniture.  There 
is plenty of closet space and an en-suite bathroom.

Bedrooms 3 / 4 / 5
These rooms occupy the first floor and share two further bathrooms (which are organised to be either 
en-suite or shared).  Each room contains twin beds and high quality furniture.  There is plenty of 
closet space in each room.

Upstairs nook
The upstairs landing area has been fully kitted out with a desk and chair making it the perfect place 
to hook up to the internet or email friends back home.

Swimming Pool & Spa 
Outside, the pool deck area has been extended and is screened to provide a bug free environment. The 
pool deck features a child safety screen, which can be removed for adult groups. A shaded area can 
also be found under the lanai. The pool has lights to provide a peaceful ambience in the evening and 
pool furniture and toys are provided for our guests. The pool also has an integral spa to aid your 
relaxation.

Blizzard Beach
Disney legend has it that after a freak winter storm blanketed the area with snow, Florida's first 
ski resort was born. When temperatures returned to normal, the powdery snow turned to slippery slush. 
Slalom courses, bobsled and toboggan runs became downhill waterslides. The chair lift carried 
swimmers instead of skiers. The ski jump became the tallest, fastest water slide in the nation. The
