Please Note:  This is a senior adult resort park for ages 55+.

Under mature palms, this immaculate ‘park model’ modular home is
located on the desirable outer perimeter of the Cypress Bend RV
Resort. There are no neighbors to the rear of the property (it 
backs to a wooded strip). 

The home is clean and neat, fully furnished right down to the fresh
towels, linens, cooking utensils, all appliances, and much more.   

The home has a full-size washer and dryer. There are two baths and two
bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has been converted to a hobby area
with a great deal of storage and counter space but still easily 
doubles as a second bedroom with just the addition of a single bed
(provided). There is also a pull-out sofa-bed in the living room.

Having two bathrooms (his and hers?) is an unusual feature in a home
of this size but has been one of the things folks like about it the
most. You can imagine the convenience of this.

Electronics-wise, two TV's are provided (the one in the picture was
moved to the bed room and replaced  with a much larger one). And
new this season, we are including a computer for your use, which
is connected full-time to the internet via a high-speed connection.

This home has a large, clean kitchen with Lumi-Dome lighting, a full
compliment of appliances including dishwasher, plenty of cabinet and
counter space, and a bay window. The living  room is large and 
comfortable. Out back there is a a small patio with dinette.

All utilities are included in the rental price.

Travel Note: Ft. Myers airport only approximately 15 minutes north of
this location.

The Cypress Bend RV Resort is a well-maintained, vibrant adult
(55+)community situated just off of Route 41. Amenities include
tennis courts, pool, jacuzzi,shuffleboard, club house with
commercial-grade kitchen, meeting hall, laundromat, pool hall,
exercise room, and more.

Note: As per the resort rules, all residents and tenants must be at
least 55 years of age. If a married couple, one must be at least 55
years of age. Children are permitted as visitors only, for a
maximum stay of two weeks.

As described in the Amenities section, there are many facilities in
the park provided for your use. You may wish to also take part in
park sponsored activates such as dances, bingo, crafts, etc. But 
the surrounding area of Estero (situated between Ft. Myers and Naples)
offers tons. 

You will be only about ½ hour drive to beautiful Gulf beaches. In
addition to the typical beach scene, there are hidden treasures
to explore in the beaches area including the backwaters of Estero 
Bay, were all sorts of watercraft can be rented. And there is the
Lover's Key state beach park.

With the recent building boom, just about every recognizable store and
restaurant brand-name has set up shop in the area (north and south on
hwy 41). You'll be seconds or minutes away from some of the best
shopping and dining southern Florida has to offer. 

Almost directly across the street is Koreshan State Historic Site
and Park, one of Florida's most state parks. From hiking trails to
Canoeing/Kayaking, this park offers lots to do. The tour of the 
old Koreshan site is particularly interesting. Check out the Florida
parks web site for more information and nearby parks to visit.

We've only listed a few of our favorite activities and certainly
could not list everything there is to do here. You can find out more
by searching the internet for your interests in the greater Ft. 
Myers area. No matter what it is you are looking for, it's here...and
close by!

In-season’ (January – March):  $1800.00 for one month or $1575 per
month if renting 2 or more months

‘Out of season’ (April, November and December): $750 per month
/negotiable. 

'Way out of Season' May - October): $550 per month.


Annual rate (requires 1 year rental contract): 800 per month, starting
as early as 4/09.
