Monthly Rates 
Winter: Jan, Feb, March, April = $6,500
Summer: May, June, July, August = $5,500
Fall: Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec = $5,000

A refundable Security Deposit of $1,500 is required for either weekly or monthly rentals.  There 
is 
a monthly cap on Electricity and Water.  Owner pays first $200 on electricity and $100 on water - 
guest pays any overage.  Payment of the Security Deposit 
is due immediately (within 5 business days of booking) in U.S. Dollars.  For last minute 
reservations wire transfer will be required.   Wire Instructions will be emailed to you. 
25% of Rent is required within 30 days of booking. 
Balance on account is due 60 days prior to check-in.   
Cancellations less than 60 days prior to occupancy will result in loss of all payments unless 
replacement booking.  If a replacement booking is obtained all payments will be refunded minus a 
$300 cancellation fee.  Security deposits will be returned after a damage-free inspection is 
completed – not longer than 30 days after vacating.
