The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the home for maximum 
privacy if you have guests. Each bedroom has a Queen size bed.

Your home is equipped with everything you would need for your stay 
including a 37 inch TV for enjoying your favorite programs, Internet 
connection to keep up with your computer connections and more. 

  

Pelican Preserve is a premier 55 plus community that is loaded with 
every amenity possible including: 27 holes of golf on a Chip Powell 
designed course, resort style outdoor pool with jacuzzi on the deck, 
indoor lap pool and section for water exercises, indoor walking 
track, fully loaded exercise facility with free exercise classes for 
you to enjoy, free movies in a theatre with leather seats, upscale 
dining on site at Destinations restaurant, social events, including 
outdoor Wild Wednesdays on the Plaza with live music 
during "Season", tennis on 6 har tru courts, a fishing pier, walking 
trails through an Audobon rated nature preserve and a beautiful new 
butterfly garden and more. 

If you still want more to do, you can plan a day at one of the many 
beaches in the area including Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, Lovers Key 
and more.  The shopping opportunities are boundless with Bell Tower,

One month minimum required by the Pelican Preserve community. 
Stays of less than 6 months must pay an 11% tax that goes to the 
County and State.

Refundable security deposit of $700.  Pet deposit of $300, if 
applicable. Exit cleaning fee of $85.00

A one time transfer fee of $100 for use of all Pelican Preserve 
facilities and an application fee of $100 also applies. 

At least one person needs to be 55 or older to follow community 
rules.
