available as well. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.

The kitchen is fully-equipped and the spacious dining room and living room area offers a comfortable way to relax 
during your vacation. Included are a washer and dryer in the unit with an elevator that opens to your private condo. 
The heated pool area has plenty of lounge chairs and tables to enjoy a light meal for lunch or dinner. 

The building is only a few years new and has all the latest in security and safety features. If relaxation and privacy is 
what you are wanting, this small, 15-unit building has it all from a beautiful, heated pool stairs that go down directly to
