Hamlet at West Haven, is in the vicinity of a variety of tourist attractions, including the 
Champions Gate Golf 
Resort (four golf courses). It is located near Highway 27 and I-4, which makes it within a 
convenient distance to 
Disney World, MGM, the Epcot Center, Universal Studios, Wet N Wild, and more: all for less than a 
short ten to 
fifteen minute drive.

This spacious villa has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. One king bed, one queen bed, and four twin 
beds. 
The interior of the house is designed, decorated, and furnished cozily. It comfortably sleeps up to 
8 people.

The hot spa and swimming pool (facing South) which is privately situated will be in the beautiful 
sunshine all day 
long. The pool and spa can be optionally heated. The lanai is fully screened with a chair-rail 
plastic panel to give 
you more privacy when you are trying to soak up the Florida sunshine during the day time or refresh 
those tired 
park-hopping muscles in the evening. The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence and gate.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an open bar, beautiful dining area and a  breakfast nook. Phones, 
Cable TVs, 
a brand new Sony DVD, electronic game cube can be found in the family room. Family could enjoy pool 
table in 
the garage. A high speed Internet modem and computer desk are in the family room as well. Bed linen 
and 
towels are provided. A separate laundry room with a washer and dryer is provided. High chair, car 
seat and play 
pan are available and be found in the garage. And all local calls are free. 
The villa is managed by a professional local management company with a 24/7 emergency telephone 
number.

attractions too 
numerous to mention within the Orlando area are all only a short drive away. There are also many 
shopping 
opportunities within easy reach with a number of large shopping malls and designer outlet stores in 
the vicinity. 

The Gulf Coast is only an hour or so away to the west, with the perfect white sandy beaches of 
Clearwater and 
St Petersburg. This side of Florida is also the home of Busch Gardens, a park blending the latest 
rides with a 
variety of wild animals. 

To the east it is an easy journey to destinations such as Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space 
Center.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy 
A $250.00 deposit will be collected at the time of reservation.

The client is fully responsible for their personal injury in the property during the time of

Any maintenance or repair of the premises, equipments, amenities or fixtures required due to misuse
