This home is 1 1/2 mile from Santa Fe River located in a private park with plenty of wildlife to 
watch. We are 25 minutes N.W. of Gainesville,6 minutes from High Springs.  This is a very nice 2 
bedroom 2 
bath manufactured home beautifully maintained. Dishes, Linens, towels and 
starter toilet papers and soaps are provided.  There is no room service but there is a washer and 
dryer in this home. As a former recreation director I have provided an activity manual with maps so 
you will enjoy your stay and have a unique Florida experience. The home has central air and heat, 
satelite T.V.  Beautiful landscaping,gorgeous grand daddy oaks, magnolia, humming birds, gardens. A 
favorite among many.  We are located only 3 miles N.W. of High Springs right off U.S. 27 and county 
road 138 near River Rise State Park. 
High Springs is an enchanting quaint town with many antique and artist shops. Sit out on the covered 
swing right outside your door, throw a steak on the gas grill or sit around a bonfire at nite and 
listen to the hoot owls.   (Bon fires permitted with precautions,
 see amenities.) This is like camping out in luxury.  

Satelite T.V., VCR, DVD, seperate phone lines in each bedroom for local calls only, video library, 
every room has a gorgeous view. Central air and heat. The Kitchen has a standard size refrigerator, 
microwave oven,  a standard electric oven, coffee maker.  To avoid fires we have provided a delux 
electric skillet and electric water boiling pots instead of the top burners which have been removed. 
      We are in the woods, and surrounded   by a privacy of woodland.  The interior area is opened 
up and landscaped. With 24 hour notice we will prepare a campsite for you provided there is no dry 
spell.  This is one of the few places you can enjoy an old fashioned bon fire.  Owners must inspect 
before fire is lit.  You must gather the logs or branches from the woods yourself.  This cabin in 
the woods is perfect for retirees, divers, parents visiting students. 

 As a former recreation director I have prepared an age appropriate activities manual that has been 
prepared with maps to direct you to our area's high points of interest.  This is a private park and 
a sanctuary for wild life, There is no hunting, and bee guns, sling shots or harassing the wildlife 
is not permitted. We have  many deer, racoon, hummingbird, cardnials ect. We 
are down the road from River Rise Park which  is connected to  the Olena Sate Park.  We are only 15 
minutes from Ginny Springs or Poe Springs, 5 minutes from canoeing and many beautiful parks and 
Springs for diving and snorkling. 
Only minutes from  historic downtown High Springs with many antique shops and crafters. Winn Dixie 
is also minutes away.  We are 25 minutes from Shands Hospital.  

$68 per night with a 3 night minamum  $100

small dog under 20 pounds considered, must ask, we are in the process of fencing an area for a dog.
