resort style pool.

We have recently redecorated our condo. The beachy feel throughout is so charming. The master 
bedroom offers a queen size bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There are TVs in both 
rooms. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room that accomodates two people. 

There is a 17 mile paved bike and walking path that is perfect for biking into Seaside. This little 
town offers many great restaurants, shopping, a grocery market, and many activities for the entire 
family. You can also walk to the wonderful Café 30-A which is just minutes from the condo. 

The beach access is close by. You will have all the benefits of proximity to the South Walton 
beaches but without the high price of Gulf front. 

All linens are provided and we have the condo cleaned before and after your arrival. High speed 
internet is provided.
