The villa rates are rated per week
and they are as follow:

$600.00/$700.00 per week for September & October 2009

MONTHLY RATES FROM $1500.00 to $1600.00 depending on the
season
Easter,Spring-break,Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year
the rate is $100.00/$120.00 per night. (2 nigths min.)
