dolphins and manatees that are frequently spotted in the area. A short walk over the Intracoastal 
bridge takes you to Casey Key where you will find one of the nicest beaches for swimming, tanning, 
and excellent shelling. Lifeguards provide added safety for your family.  A boat launch and marina 
is just a block away along with great casual dining right on  the water.
 
Sunlight floods into the home and plantation blinds adorn the windows.  Ceiling fans in every room & 
special appointments enhance the tropical feel.  The charming kitchen is complete with new Kraftmaid 
cabinetry and appliances.  This retreat is well appointed with a spacious living room offering 2 la-

Queen bed in the Master and twin beds in the 2nd bedroom with feather pillows for all the comforts 
of  home.  A solarium has a pull out trundle featuring 2 twin beds and the sofa in the living room 
folds out into a full size bed.   A screened breezeway with an electric grill provides covered 
seating amd an outdoor patio for sunning. 

Nokomis is just a short 15 minute drive to Sarasota to the north and minutes to Venice to the 
south.  Ft Myers and Tampa are an hour away and Orlando is a 2 hour drive. Nokomis is in the heart 
of some of the best sightseeing, dining, and shopping on the Florida gulf coast.
