third floor, corner unit one bedroom, two bath condo, is light and airy.  Decorated in Southwest 
Florida style and flare, you’ll feel at home the moment you enter the door.  

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, in-room TV for those late night shows, along with a full, 
private, ensuite bathroom.  Part of the living room has a room divider that can be closed off to 
make it into a separate second bedroom, where your guests can slumber peacefully on the queen size 
sleeper sofa.  There is a second full bathroom, located in the hallway off the entrance, for your 
guests use.

This condo is one of the few with its own washer and dryer in the unit.  So there’s no need to use 
the coin-operated laundry facilites on site.

The great room is spacious and bright with windows and sliders to take in all the views.  Complete 
with full kitchen, dining room and living room, it opens to the large balcony.

The fully equipped kitchen has every amenity you could possibly want or need for home cooking and 
dining.   With the open concept of the great room, you can cook, while entertaining and staying in 
touch with your family and friends. 

The living room has a wall of sliding glass doors that opens to the large balcony, giving you the 
feeling of outdoor living, while inside.  With 13 acres of lush flora and fauna, and the private 
lake as your background, you’ll feel as though you are in your own tropical retreat.   
This condo can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons.  For our guests who are sensitive or have 
allergies, we have made this unit a pet free and smoke free condo.

Phones, air conditioning, Cable TV’s, DVD/VHS player, wireless internet, courtesy computers for 
internet access in lobby, full kitchen with all amenities, microwave, dishwasher, oven, 
refrigerator, cooking utensils provided, linens provided, private washer, dryer, in ground heated 
pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, private tennis and racquetball courts, on-site restaurant.

Naples, Florida boasts tropical Gulf beaches with pleasant surf. Located in Southwest Florida, it's 
just a short distance from Everglades National Park. Local interests include world-famous shopping 
and sightseeing. A large number of golf courses also surround the area for relaxing afternoons. 
Entertainment, nightlife, and Naples world-famous shoreline, which was recently named “Americas Best 
All-Around Beach” by the Travel Channel are all within a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive.  Fishing 
serves as another satisfying outdoor activity with both salt and fresh water fishing available just 
a short distance away and free fishing from the pier.  

In addition to the Island Club Restaurant on site, there are a number of other restaurants, a 
grocery store, drug store, banks, post office and other shops all within walking distance of the 
resort.    Gulf beaches are just 1 mile away where you can walk for miles on the sugar sand and 
enjoy the Gulf of Mexico.

Directions: Located at 600 Neapolitan Drive, Naples, Florida.  From 1-75 take exit 107 (SR896) west 
to US 41 (Tamiami Trail).  Turn left and proceed south on US 41 for one block.  Turn right on 
Neapolitan Way.  The Park Shore Resort is located one block on the left.  The closest airport to fly 
into is Naples Airport, however, Southwest Florida International (RSW) in Fort Myers is just a 30 
minute drive away.

May 1 - October 31 .................. $450/week or $1800/month
November 1 - December 31 ............ $650/week or $1900/month

Add 10% FL Sales Tax, a cleaning fee of $90, and a $500 refundable security deposit to the above
