Professionally decorated with your comfort in mind. Quality furnishings along with a luxurious king 
size bed are yours. There is no cheap, lumpy or uncomfortable furniture here.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cookware needs, right down to a cast iron frying pan. No 
need to purchase cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc. We supply it all.

Not only do we provide free wireless internet, if you need something printed, no problem. We can 
handle that and faxing too. Just let us know in advance.

Watch the most gorgeous sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony sitting at an 
outdoor table for four or kicking back on the chaise lounge. Nothing plastic or flimsy - only the 
best.

Starbucks, deli, and mini mart are located in the main lobby. Enjoy a meal at the on-site H20 pool 
side bar & grill. Finish your evening with a cocktail at Visions Martini Bar. 

We are local owners and only a phone call away. No need to worry about maintenance issues or after 
hour check-ins. Have special needs? Need to know the best places to eat that won't leave you broke? 
Ask us - we want you to have a great vacation.

You don't have to rent a full week either. We welcome those shorter visits. And we always offer last 
minute discounts when our unit is vacant. Of course, there is a 10% discount for weekly guests too. 

You may find a cheaper place to stay, but you won't find anything nicer for your dollar than right

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

A reservation deposit of first night's rental plus tax is required within 7 days of reservation. We 
accept MC, VISA, AMEX, 
personal checks, money orders, and cashiers checks.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

A damage deposit of $200 is required at time of final payment. If you pay by credit card, it is held 
and nothing will be charged if no damage is found after your departure.

We consider damage to be beyond the normal wear and tear to the unit or its contents, linens or 
household items missing, smoking, or evidence of having pets in the unit. 

FINAL PAYMENT

The balance of the rental payment is due 14 days prior to check-in.  The booking will be cancelled 
and the reservation deposit forfeited for non-payment.

CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel more than 7 days before check-in, there is $25 cancellation fee. 

If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you will forfeit your reservation deposit.

Cancellations due to mandated hurricane evacuations are exempt from cancellation fees. 

ARRIVAL DETAILS

Upon receiving your deposit, a rental confirmation will be emailed to you. Once we receive full 
payment for your reservation, we will email you an access code to the unit and parking garage 
instructions.

HOUSEKEEPING

When you arrive, the unit will be clean and set up with linens and as a courtesy we have included 
the following list of supplies to accommodate the appropriate amount of guests:

Bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, paper towels, napkins, dishwasher soap, hand soap and toilet 
paper.

No pets allowed. Guests who bring a pet or pets will forfeit their damage deposit and will be 
evicted from the property.

This is a non-smoking condominium. Guests are not permitted to smoke outdoors on the balcony. Any 
violation of the smoking policy will result in forfeiture of their damage deposit.

Check-in time is 3 pm CST.  Check-out time is no later than 11 am CST the day you are scheduled to 
leave. 

ADDITIONAL TERMS

You must be 25 years of age to rent this unit and provide proof of age, if requested.
