Barrier Dunes is a gated beachside community located on over 30 acres near the tip of Cape San 
Blas.  Adjacent to St. Joseph State Park, this community is just minutes from the Park and steps 
away from the blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico!  If you want to enjoy nature, uncrowded 
beaches, gorgeous sunsets, then this is the place for you!

This community has everything that you will need to have a fun filled vacation! Lush landscaping, 
paved roads, gulffront swimming pool and interior pool, clubhouse, (2) lighted tennis courts, (3) 
stocked fishing ponds, playground and three beach accesses!

Seahorse Inn is located in the heart of Barrier Dunes so you are just steps away from the sugar 
white sandy beaches or the tennis courts and swimming pools!  Built in 2002, this unit offers 
everything that you will need for the perfect family vacation - Linens, Towels (except beach), Pet 
Towel and bowl,TV/DVD in every room, gas grill, deck furniture, beach chairs, beach cart, and 
laundry supplies. We also have TV's with DVD players in every room plus puzzles, games, DVD's, and 
clock radio's. 

Enjoy everything that Mother Nature has to offer, eagles flying overhead, dolphins in the Gulf, one 
of the most pristine bays in the entire USA (St. Joseph Bay), a variety of wildlife, shelling, 
snorkeling, and fabulous fishing!  Go hiking or biking in the State Park.  The State Park also has a 
boat ramp!  There is a two mile bike path 500 feet away from the entrance of Barrier Dunes, great 
for the entire family!  

Seahorse Inn has a spacious master suite with king bed, dresser, double vanity, laundry, walk-in 
closet, bath with shower and garden tub, TV, and additional seating. The master has its own private 
deck with outdoor furniture. The living area has a sleeper sofa, loveseat, window seat, 
dining table w/chairs, bar w/stools, full stocked kitchen, full bathroom.  The 2nd bedroom is 
located on the same level as the living room and has a queen bed, full closet and TV/DVD.
