Beautiful Bayside Bungalow with huge patio on Links Golf Course

Welcome to our bayside bungalow.  Our home is freshly decorated and newly renovated!  It sits on a 
quite cul de sac, great for the kids and their bikes/scooters or just to throw the football or 
frisbee.  With the Mater bedroom, Living room and Dining room all opening to the huge patio, you 
have an extended entertaining area for your family and friends.  Not only is the patio big, but it 
faces the bay and is on the golf course…great for cocktails and putting or just letting the kids run!

The Master bedroom has a king bed with a walk in closet, big vanity and separate bath with a nice 
long shower/bath.  The guest room has a queen bed with closet and the third bedroom offers 2 sets of 
bunks for the kids.  The queen and bunk room share a brand new bathroom!  All bedrooms have tv’s as 
well as a dvd player in the bunk room.  There is a laundry room off the hallway.

Our living room features a new flat screen tv and DSL/wireless internet, which you can enjoy on our 
new, comfy sectional!

Sandestin  Resort is a place to be outside and play.  There is golf, tennis, playgrounds, pirate 
island, bike/walking trails throughout.  Baytown Warf is a quick bike ride away (which the kids love)
Once there, you will have a hard time choosing which restaurant to eat at.  Not to mention movie and 
concert nights on the lawn. 

Outside the Linkside neighborhood is one of several pools offered at Sandestin.  You can walk while 
the kids ride their bikes/scooters. It is about a 3 minute walk if that!  The beach is about a 3 
minute car. Although the kids do like to race on their bikes to the beach and go 
thru “the tunnel” on their way.
