This is a waterfront, "cottage-type" furnished one-bedroom condo on the 
bottom floor of a 2-story bungalow.  It is located almost directly
across the street from the small, serene Gulfport Beach on Boca Ciega Bay. The unit 
has a new sitting patio outside which looks out onto the water. It is
within a 5-10 minute drive to the city of Saint Petersburg and the Saint
Petersburg airport. The Tampa International airport is a twenty minute drive. The condo is
also a 5-10 minute drive to some of the larger beaches along the keys in
western Florida like St. Pete Beach, Madeira Beach, or Treasure Island
beach.

The condo is tiled, has a newly remodeled bathroom, AC, and
washer-dryer available for use. The view of Boca Ciega Bay from the
front porch can be seen below. Also, there is a beautiful swimming
pool, non-heated, shared with the other few condos which has a beautiful,
panoramic view of the bay. This outdoor space can be used for grilling
out or catching some rays. 

It is nicely furnished with a comfortable queen bed and another queen sofa 
sleeper in the living room to sleep a total of 4 people. It is stocked with 
luxury linens and towels with super high thread counts and plenty of dishes. 
There is a large pool with a gorgeous view of the bay shared with the other
9 condos in the small complex. Additionally, there are bikes, beach
chairs with umbrella, beach towels, etc. which come with the condo and
can be used by guests.

When you walk outside the front door, you will see the beach and the
bay. The bungalow is also one block from the main strip in Gulfport
where there are shops, restaurants, and the Gulfport casino (for
ballroom dancing not gambling). The bigger beaches like St.Pete beach
and Treasure Island beach are only ten minutes away, as is the city of
Saint Petersburg which is bustling with all kinds of activities.

    *$50-$100 extra charge for pet depending on length of stay
    * Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the
currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.
    * Charge includes taxes, utilities, and use of the pool. It does
not include $100-250 deposit, depending on length of stay and number
in party including pets and children. Cost of cleaning, normally $35-$50,will
be deducted from deposit and remainder refunded if the condo is left in good
condition, without any damage, upon check-out. 

50% of amount due is due to reserve the dates of interest.
Remaining 50% deposit should be paid at least 45 days before
arrival. Payments can be made via credit card or checking account via
Paypal to e-mail in this listing after dates have been confirmed
available. Other payment arrangements can also be arranged.

Cancellation 60 days in advance for any refund of advance payment.
