Our luxury villa "Turtle Crossing" is located in the golfing 
community of Rotonda West and within 15 minutes drive of the 
beachside town of Englewood on the Cape Haze Peninsular in South West 
Florida, between Tampa and Naples.

The villa has a south facing Solar heated swimming pool,  backs onto
woodland and has an additional half lot for added privacy. The
property is fully air conditioned and well furnished.  The master
bedroom has doors to the pool,  a top of the range luxurious queen
size bed,  satellite TV, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The
second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. 

The second bathroom is situated between bedrooms two & three and has 
a door to the pool deck. The kitchen is fully equipped and has dining 
area with dining suite. The lounge or great room is spacious & airy 
with modern furniture and satellite TV (DirecTV) with DVD/video, this 
room also opens onto the pool deck. The pool is screened,  has 
sunloungers, gas BBQ and table & chairs for al fresco dining. 

Professional management is provided by an English couple who 
are on hand to ensure your stay is a pleasurable one. 

For those who need some tranquility after the hectic pace of Orlando 
or Miami, we are not many miles away.

BEACHES
White sand gulf coast beaches of Englewood, Gasparilla and Boca 
Grande are within 15-20 minutes drive.

FISHING
Some of the best fishing in the world at Lemon Bay & Charlotte 
Harbour. Boca Grande is said to be the Tarpon fishing capital of the 
world.

GOLF
There are five excellent golf courses within the immediate vacinity.

ROTONDA COMMUNITY PARK
Within a few minutes of the villa in the centre of Rotonda is a 
community park with 2 tennis courts, a sports field, a picnic 
pavillion and restroom facilities, a bike path also snakes it's way 
through the parks nature preserve.

SHOPPING
Nearest supermarket is about 2 miles away. 
A large modern shopping mall in Port Charlotte is about 10 miles 
away.
Fishermans Wharf at Punta Gorda for craft outlets, boat & fishing 
trips or to eat/drink overlooking the gulf of mexico and the place 
to go for spectacular sunsets.

Mid April until mid December: 
$725/£395 per week.  
Mid December until mid April:  
$795/week $3095/month (£480/week £1800/month). 

PLEASE NOTE:  

1.   A minimum stay of 2 weeks applies for the period 
January to April (the only exception is where a week can be tagged 
onto a previous booking,  or there is a gap in bookings).  

2.   Throughout the year,  there is a cleaning surcharge of £40/$65 
for all bookings of less than 2 weeks.      
                 
Rates are inclusive but until confirmed are subject to change.
Payment accepted by check or wire transfer in US dollars or English 
pounds.

A non returnable deposit of $150/£100 per week will confirm your 
booking with balance due 12 weeks prior to arrival. A separate 
refundable breakages deposit of $200/£100 is required at the same 
time balance payment is made.
