Club.  This pristine setting will immediately soothe the soul. You can sit on the private dock and 
fish or tie up your boat after a fun day on the water and release the stresses of everyday living.  
The waterway is teaming with fish and offers access to the Gulf of Mexico via the mile wide 
Caloosahatchee River. This comfortable accommodations for 6 to 8 was professionally decorated as a 
model in the Tommy Bahama style and includes two full bedrooms and a den with a pull out sofa. The 
kitchen and laundry room are fully equipped. There is a two car garage. big screen tv, with high 
speed internet access. Pool and Golfing priviledges are included at Riverbend Golf Course.  The 
tenant would pay green and cart fees if they wish to play golf. There is an onsight 
restaurant with entertainment called Marker 34.

Can be rented weekly for  $750 per week. Off season (May-November) monthly rate is $1300 and 
seasonal rate is $2800 per month.  There is a $500 security deposit which is refundable upon 
departure if there is no damage.  There is a mandatory $100 cleaning fee upon departure.
