Rental period is a 3 night minimum. Rental customer must be 25 years of age or older.  Check in time 
is 3:00 p.m. & check out time is 11:00 a.m.  Refunds will not be given for late arrivals and early 
departures.  No pets and no smoking please. 

Refund and canellation policy: If the reservation is cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival date 
we will refund your reservation deposit.  Security deposit refunds will not be returned on 
cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival.

Security Deposits: A security deposit equal to one nights stay will be required to confirm 
reservation.  All major credit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express).
