Weeks with holiday in are $1015.95 plus the $200

Daily rate is $150/day (if rental is less than 7 nights, minimum 3

Plus 11% tax and $95 cleaning and the $300 refundable damage and key
deposit.

+++++++There is an additional $300 damage/key loss deposit in addition
to the above dollar amounts, fully refundable if no problems or lost
keys after departure.
