This condo unit is in a four-plex building.  Two units up and two units down.  
This unit is an Upper Level unit w/ample parking in front and space for your boat out back at the 
dock (photo shows boat in unit slip). 
This property is located on a canal with access to the Atlantic or Florida Bay.

Ceiling fans in each room.  A large screened porch is off the living room and the back yard gets 
plenty of afternoon sun. Great kitchen and newer appliances and a laundry room with full size washer 
and new dryer.  

Walk, drive, or bike to Sombrero Beach and the local Entertainment & Shopping District or enjoy 
miles of walking, jogging or biking trails bordering the property. Visit and swim with the dolphins 
at the nearby Dolphin Research Center, walk to the Crane Hammock nature preserve & Keys history 
museum, or experience the thrill of world class sport fishing.

This is a very comfortable home for families with fishing available right off the dock.

Hurricane Policy: Should there be a mandatory evacuation for a hurricane while renters are in the 
property, that portion of the rental days that were not used will be reimbursed or rescheduled.
