   January 1 to March 31 - $2,100 per month, $525 per week
   April 1 to October 31 - $1,500 per month, $375 per week
   November 1 to December 31 - $1,800 per month, $475 per week

$100 non-refundable cleaning fee
$500 refundable security after inspection of premises for damages.

Two week minimum rental required by condo association.
