Club".Madeira Beach Yacht Club is right on the Boca Ciega Bay.The 
club has much to offer : exercise room , sauna , hot tub , showers , 
billiard room , and two swimming pools.The complex has 24 hour

Across the street is a library and a city park with tennis 
courts.Within walking distance is a supermarket , drugstore , post 
office ,shops , restaurants and much more. The condominium has a

size bed in the master bedroom ,2 twin beds in the second bedroom 
and 
a couch which does pull out in a queen size bed in the living 
room.The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a washer/dryer in 
the 
unit.There is a private closed balcony accessible from the living 
room.The unit has been redecorated recently. There are 25.4 miles 
from Tampa International Airport and 13.6 miles from St. Petersburg 
Airport.

Madeira Beach is a small, quiet, relaxing sort of town ideal for 
those who are looking to just slow down and chill out. It is ideally 
situated between the Clearwater Beach resort with its razzmatazz and 
hectic busy days and nights and the similar, but smaller resort of 
St 
Petes beach.

The yacht club is a private, gated, immaculately kept facility and 
set amidst tropical gardens. The club boasts a club house with a 
small, well equipped gym, Jacuzzi, sauna, showers and games room. 
Two 
outdoor heated pools, sun loungers, brollies, tables and benches. 
Fishing piers. (Fresh water/daily newspapers can be purchased here). 

The  local  flood-lit  city  park  is  just   across  from  the  
yacht  club.  Regular  local   softball  games  are  played  and  
can  be   watched.  Various  rest  areas/ play  grounds,  ballgames/ 
free  tennis  courts  etc.  Many  local  shops,  bars   and  
restaurants  within  minutes  walk.  If  you   don't  feel  like  
cooking  and  don't  feel   like  going  out  to  dine  try  Winn-
Dixie   supermarket  just  across  the  way.  They  offer   an  
excellent  range  of  ready  cooked  meals.   They  will  make  up  
a  full  dinner  party   for  you,  full  picnic,  just  ask.  The  
staff   are  great  and  so  friendly.  Try  breakfast   or  lunch  
on  the  beach  at  the  war   veterans  restaurant or take your own 
and eat under the covered picnic area. The only McDonalds 
restaurant  
in  the  world  to  have   its  own  docking  area  is facing  the  
yacht   club  just  across  the  Intracoastal.

There is a wealth of activity all within a short drive. Whether its 
golfing, fishing, shopping, canoeing, museums, football, Busch 
Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, horse back riding, bike hire, the list is 
endless- just check out tourist information across the way on Tom 
Stuart Causeway, minutes from the yacht club.
