One of the most popular vacation homes on St. George Island and
situated on one of the most elevated lots, Coast Guard provides
panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from all levels of this home.
Built in 2001, Coast Guard has a direct path to the beach, while
having one of the largest pools on the island (14' x 28'). Coast Guard
is located on the quiet eastern side of St. George Island.

Two spacious covered and furnished decks overlooking the large private
heated pool and the Gulf. Spacious open kitchen, dining area, living
room on top floor with wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Watch
the kids playing in the pool from the comfort of either covered deck.
Lot is significantly elevated to enhance the views of the Gulf which
is approximately 100 yards away with a direct path.

Four master bedrooms - each with a private bath. Each bedroom has
cable television and three bedrooms have VCRs. Beds include One King,
Two Queens, two twins and Queen sleeper sofa. Linens, high chair, and
crib provided.

The Island and nearby Apalachicola offers old town charm, excellent
restaurants serving world-famous Apalachicola Oysters and fresh
seafood, and plenty of shops to explore. Coast Guard is locally managed.

Beautiful St. George Island is a natural playground located about 60 
miles southeast of Panama City, 70 miles southwest of Tallahassee, 
and is part of the outer banks of Apalachicola Bay.  The beaches are 
rarely crowded.  There are many activities including swimming, 
boating, biking, water sports, world class fishing, bird and 
wildlife viewing.  

There are bicycle paths running throughout the island that offer a 
safe place for bicycling, skating, running or just walking. Rentals 
available for kayaks, boats, sailboats, bicycles, umbrellas and 
beach chairs on the island. Guided boat tours of surrounding river 
and bay areas, as well as Little St. George and its lighthouse.  
Award winning St. George Island State Park takes up the entire 
eastern end of the island and offers hiking, kayaking and sunbathing 
in a pristine undisturbed beach setting. The Island and nearby 
Apalachicola offer old town charm, excellent restaurants serving 
world famous Apalachicola Oysters and fresh seafood, and plenty of 
specialty shops to explore.
