simple: "Furnish this home as if we're going to live here year

This two story home is located on HwyC30A between Rosemary Beach and 
Seaside/Watercolor, right across the street from the Gulf. Theres no 
need to deal with the bumper to bumper Destin traffic when 
magnificent areas like Seacrest Beach are so close by. 



Enjoy expansive Gulf views and the ever-present sea breeze from your 
second floor deck off of the large living room/dining room area of 
the home. The deck has a 6 person table and chairs, 2 Adirondack 
chairs, and stereo speakers. So slide in your favorite CD, pour a 
cool drink and relax, relax, relax.

Each bedroom has its own TV/DVD/VCR (36 inch in the living room and 
32 inch in the king bedrooms!). Closets abound.

For the cook in the family, the kitchen has everything you could wish 
for and it's all new. If you have children they'll love their special 
room furnished with a twin over double bunk bed. The master suite is 
on the ground floor and boasts a walk-in closet, large bathroom with 
separate jacuzzi tub and double sinks, and a private deck facing the 
gulf.



For outdoor fun it's a short stroll to the beach or take a dip in the 
60 foot long pool just 20 yards from the back door. Dream Scheme is 
located in the Cottages of Camp Creek.  If you enjoy golf 
there are a number of other excellent courses in the area including 
Santa Rosa Golf, The Raven, Burnt Pine, The Links, Baytowne, Kelly 
Plantation, Regatta Bay, and the Hombre.

If you prefer to shop you'll find terrific stores and restaurants in 
both directions on 30A with more being built every week. Rosemary, 
Seacrest, and Alyss Beach have great shops and are only a short walk 
or bicycle ride away.  
Or take a ride into Destin (20-25 minutes) and visit the famous 
Silver Sands 
Outlet Mall or the brand new upscale Destin Commons shopping and 
cinema. Winn Dixie and Publix are only 5 miles away.

Need to stay connected while you're away? Enjoy free unlimited 
wireless hi-speed internet access. 

Make dinner plans at one of the many fine restaurants up and down 30A 
ranging from the casual (Red Bar, Bayou Bills and the 
Spicy Noodle) to the more upscale (30A Diner, Fishbonz, Boragos, 
Criollas and Fish Out Of Water). Or fire up the gas grill and throw 
on a steak, or some of the tastiest fresh fish anywhere. There are a 
number of excellent seafood markets in the area. 


For a different kind of fun visit the community of Seaside, just six 
miles west, also right on 30A. Known worldwide for its' design, this 
community has become a tourist destination because of its' beautiful 
quaint cottages, 50 unique shops and galleries and fine restaurants 
(try Bud and Allies). The Jim Carey movie, The Truman Show ,was 
filmed in Seaside. An active year round schedule of events offers a 
multitude of exciting activities for visitors. 

We know you'll enjoy Dream Scheme. The home has two king beds, one 
queen, two twins, a twin over double bunk and a queen sleeper sofa. 
The king and queen mattresses are Sertas' best. Everything is new and 
top quality! Sorry, no pets or smoking.
