Our Mariposa unit is located within the beautiful community of Gulf 
Harbour Yacht and Country Club.  This 2 bedroom plus den unit also 
has a 2 car garage, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer in unit, and an 
oversized lanai overlooking the golf course.  It has been decorator 
furnished.  The unit is on the first floor and the building houses 
only 4 units.  No stairs in the unit.

Pool and Jacuzzi is practically right outside your door.  Gulf 
Harbour has miles of walking possibilities.  Gated Community...very 
safe and secure.  Harbour Cafe is right on the premises for coffee, 
light breakfast, and lunch.  Right outside the gates are many other 
restaurant and shopping options. Small beach is on premise, 15 
minutes by car to Fort Myers Beach.  48 foot boat slip also 
available for additional rental with our unit.
