The “A” units are the biggest available at the Sunbird.  What a 
difference an extra 100 square feet can make!  You’ll appreciate the 
roomy bedroom, and the massive living area.      

The Sunbird is a top-notch facility and closer to the beach than most 
complexes.  We are right on the sand, and looking straight out at the 
ocean.  You’ll feel like the waves are crashing into your living 
room.   

306W has been tastefully decorated with glass lamps, original 
artwork, and nautical antiques.  You'll have a DVD library, two TV's, 
King size bed, and sunsets on the ocean that can't be beat.

The colors are bright and the panoramic windows showcase the beach 
from all angles.  It is one of the nicest units offered. 

We are right next door to Pineapple Willey's, Fat Tuesday's Daquari 
Bar, and the new world famous blues club.  Eat, Drink, Dance, and 
Play.  There is no better location for relaxation or excitement than 
the Sunbird.   

I provide all linens and the kitchen is fully equipped.

The Sunbird has three pools (one heated), a large sunning deck, two 
tennis courts, a volleyball court, laundry facility, and 
shuffleboard.  Cabana and jet ski rentals are available right on the 
beach in front of the Sunbird.  

Shopping, dining, golf, movies and nightclubs are all nearby. The 
Signal Hill Golf Club is located across the street.  Pineapple 
Willey’s, and Fat Tuesday's Daquari Bar is next door, and there is a 
Super Wal-Mart within walking distance.  

Other attractions include boating, fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, 
putt-putt, go-carts, Gulf World, a zoo, St. Andrews State Park, 
helicopter rides, parasailing, shopping, cinemas, restaurants, night 
clubs, Panama City Mall and a dog track.
