Daily  $250 (3 day minimum) 

Weekly  $1,200 to 1,400  utilities included (electric, water, cable)

Monthly $2,500 to $2,900 utilities icluded up to $300 (electric, Water, Cable)

Seasonal (3 months or more) Call or  E-mail for special discounted rate. 

Additional charges: $500 security deposit, refunded with in five days. 

Pet fee required.
 
$125 exit cleaning, sales tax.
