Seasonal Rates Vary:

    (HIGH season)     $2350 Per Month from Janurary-May*
    (LOW season)      $1800 Per Month from June-December*

                                                                    11.5% Toursism & Sales Tax

An additional Cleaning/Maintenance fee of $180 will be added as well.

A non-refundable deposit of $500 and the Cleaning/Maintenance fee must be paid immeadiately upon 
agreement($680 total).
