$250.00 per night with a three night minimum.  $1050.00 per week.  A 10% discount is provided per 4 
week continuous period.  Cleaning fee is $75.00.  There is a $300.00 security deposit that is 
refundable if there are no damages, losses or extra cleaning needed.  Plus a 11.5% state and local 
tax.  The community charges a registration fee of $50.00 per family per stay.

For reservations, a 50% deposit of all fees (except community fees)  is required to hold your 
dates.  The balance is due not later than 30 days prior to occupancy.  Reservation deposits are 
refundable if cancelled 45 days prior to occupancy date, otherwise, any portion that is re-rented 
will be refunded.  There is a $75.00 cancellation fee.
