All rates are subject to a 12.5% Florida Tourism Tax. And add a
one-time $70 cleaning fee.

**Please note that a security deposit ($300), is due within 10 days
from contact in order to hold a reservation (and to be returned within
10 days of checkout depending on inspection of premises). Full rental
amount is due no later than one month from check in date. And if you
are making a reservation within the month, the full rental amount plus
the security deposit are due at the same time.
