*  Rates have been severely reduced to provide an economic stimulus.

*  $2000 per month available Jan thru April.  Flexibiliy in price
   for longer stays than 3 months.

*  $1300 per month May thru December.
                       
*  Three month minimum rental required by community.

$150 Application fee.  Electric, Cable and Hi-Speed Internet are 
included in the above price.  There is a 11% sales tax (6% state & 
5% tourist)on all rentals less than 6 months.

A Security deposit of $1000 plus first and last month's rent due 30 
days prior to stay (Security deposit used to hold future 
reservations when booking way in advance).  Subsequent months due 30
days prior to rental month.
