High Season Rate from November 1 through March 31 is $7500 per month.
Low Season Rate from April 1 through October 31 is $6000 per month.
All rentals require a cleaning and damage deposit of $1500.  Approved pets require $2500.
Please be sure to inquire about availability and particular rates for particular times.
Depending on availability and length of stay, rates may be negotiable.
