Seasonal: $2,500 per month, (3 month minimum), November, December, January, February, March, April , 
for this years rental, book by DECEMBER 15ST, 2008 AND GET 3 MONTHS FOR $7,500.  Savings.

Off-Season: $1,500 per month, for annual rental contract

$100 application fee for condo credit check and approval for seasonal and annual.


 All rentals are a minimum of 3 months.
