This villa is not just a vacation rental, it is our home for part of the year and we just LOVE 
it!  We want our guests to love it too!!
     One of the best assets of this Villa is it's nearness to the many theme parks in the area.  A 
short, convenient, easy drive to all of them.  However, after spending the day in a crowded park, it 
is wonderful to get away from the hordes of people and the lines.  You can dine & shop with no 
lines, no waiting!
     Our Villa is located in Calabay Parc at Tower Lake, which is a gated community.  The lake 
offers fishing, both off the dock & by boat.  Soon there will be a Community Center that will 
include a work-out room.
    We have tried to make our Villa as comfortable as possible!  The kitchen is FULLY equipped.  The 
layout is wonderful for a single family, but with two separated Master Suites (each suite has a 
private bathroom, walk-in closet & a private door leading out to the pool area!), plus two 
additional bedrooms for the kids - it is perfect for more than one family.  There is also a hide-a-
bed in the second Living Room.  Between the pool area, the two Living Rooms and the Game Room, there 
is room enough for everyone – And, an activity for everyone!!
     If you are looking for a Villa in which to spend your leisure time, this is the one you want!

* There is a Brita water filter on the kitchen sink so you won't have to purchase bottled water.
* The garage has been converted into a Game Room. It includes a Ping-Pong table, Air Hockey table, 
  an Electronic Dart Board and a large selection of table games.
* Wireless internet is available, but please bring your own laptop computer.
* This is a non-Smoking home!
Outside:
* The Pool/Lanai area is entirely enclosed in a screened “Pool Cage” – No Bugs!!
* The rear of the Villa backs up to a large common area that provides privacy for the pool area.
* The pool has a security fence all the way around it to keep your children safe.
* There is a swimming pool basketball hoop & ball available, as well as other pool toys. 
* Bamboo shades have been installed around the pool cage to provide further privacy if desired.
