April,   and   October   thru   December   $1,800 / month

Weekly rates vary from  $400   to  $650.00  per  week    depending on the season and availibity
We require a $500 ( monthly )  and  $200  ( weekly ) security deposit which is due 10 days from the
time of the reservation. Rent is due 45 ( forty five ) days prior to arrival date. Security deposit 
will be promptly refunded after inspection of the home. A $200 ( monthly ) and $100 ( weekly ) 
administration fee will be charged for all cancellations. A $75 cleaning fee is required for all 
rents.
All rates are subject to a  9% Florida Sales and Usage Tax.
