$750 per week / $3,800 per month

A deposit of $250.00 will be required upon booking; a 3 day notice
must be given to cancel reservation.  If no notice is given, owner
reserves the right to keep deposit. Special circumstances are
considered, such as
illness, death, accidents and unforeseen situations. Please simply
provide notice. There will be an additional $100 animal cleaning fee,
which will be refunded if not needed. Utilities (electric) extra for
monthly rentals, included items re: cable TV, internet access, H2O.

Conditions: an electric credit of $35 per week for weekly rentals is
included with each rental. Overages will be deducted from deposit. We
apologize in advance as one guest chose to run the
A/C with the windows open all month to “Feel the cool breeze” which
cost us over $800.
