Our condominum has been lovingly furnished with all new beds and 
bedding plus furniture from Dayton & Naples, Florida.  The master 
bedroom has a king-sized bed, and overlooks the lake.  The master 
bath also has a double walk-in shower with seat, double sinks, and a 
walk-in closet.  The guest bedroom has twin beds and an adjacent 
full bath.

The screened lanai is furnished with table and chairs and has a 
beautiful view of the lake.  Small moutn Bass are caught from the 
bank.

Meals can be served in 4 locations--at a kitchen table, at a 
breakfast bar, at the 6' round dining room table, or on the lanai 
glass top table.

Air Conditioning, Cable TV, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, 
Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Cooking Utensils, Ironing board & iron, 
Sweeper, Linens, Washer, Dryer, 2 TV's, VCR/DVD player, radio and 
local telephone service are provided.  There are 2 parking spaces - 
one of which is covered, with storage space.  Ceiling fans in most 
rooms.   Smoking permitted on lanai only. No pets please.

Hiking, Biking, Golf, Tennis, Fitness Center, Wildlife Viewing, 
Shopping, Restaurants, Live Theater, Cinemas, Museums, Sightseeing,

Shopping is great at the Miramir Outlet Center, the Bell Tower Mall, 
the Edison Mall, and the new nearby Coastal Mall.  The beaches 
including Sanibel and Captiva are minutes away.  The Boston Red 
Socks and Minnesota Twins winter in Ft. Myers.
