Rental charges are seasonal:
December - April:      $ 3,300/ Month
May - August:          $ 1,600/ Month
September - November:  $ 2,700/ Month
Association requires a minimum of 2 months rent and are subject to approval.
No Pet and NO Smoking
A discounted rate will be applied for rentals of more than 2 months.
A non refundable deposite of $ 1000 dollars is required to hold the reservation, the reservation 
deposite will become the security deposite (refundable) to cover damages, major inventory losses, 
long distance phone charges, electricity usage and a cleaning fee of $100.
Deposite will be refunded less amount due upon inspection of the condo.
First month rent is due 45 days before the occupancy, balance of the rent is due on the occupancy 
date.
