Advance rental payment of at least 50% of the total rental rate will be due upon
confirmation of reservation. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to check-in,
unless prior arrangements have been made with the owner.
Payment may be made in the form of cash, check drawn on a US bank, money order,
cashier's check or credit card (via PayPal).
Security deposit payment of $500.00 USD shall be made at the time of reservation. If
payment is made by check, the check must clear the account and funds must be made
available to owner prior to check-in. If there is no claim for damages, rent or other
costs, the security deposit less $100 housekeeping charge will be refunded to the tenant
within 15 days from the end of the occupancy period.
