1 bedroom/1 bath can sleep up to 4, but extra $15 charge/pp/per nite apply for more than 2 people.
April - Dec 2008 rates start at $375.00/week plus 5% tourist tax and 6% sales tax. Rates include 
water, cable tv (incl HBO) and Central Air.
Jan - March 2009 rates start at $700/week plus tax.
 
3 bedroom/2 bath villas are also available. Can sleep up to 5+ people (over 5 people, extra $15 
charge/pp/per nite will apply,
April - Dec 2008 rates start at $750.00/week plus 5% tourist tax and 6% sales tax.  Water, cable, 
central air all included.
Jan - March 2009 rates start at $970.00/wk plus tax 

A security deposit is required before occupancy and is refundable 10 days after check out.
