Property Rates 
September - May
$550.00 per week plus taxes(12.5%) and cleaning fee($75.00). Total for one week $693.75.

June - August
$750.00 per week plus taxes(12.5%) and cleaning fee($75.00). Total for one week $918.75.

January - April
Monthly Rental rate is $1,900.00 per month plus taxes(12.5%) and cleaning fee($75.00). Total for one 
month $2,212.50. 

Weekly rentals are from a Saturday to Saturday.

Deposit amount is $300 for weekly rentals and $500 for monthly rentals.  Deposit will gladly be 
refunded if 30 day notice is given in case of cancellation.
