Vacation in style in a new 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on Okaloosa Island 
in Ft. Walton Beach near Destin.  Our privately owned condo sleeps 6-
8 guests.  There are two queen beds, two bunk beds, and a sleeper 
sofa.  Our unit overlooks the condo pool and is 50 yards from the 
sugar white sands of Destin/Ft. Walton Beach and the emerald green 
water of the Gulf of Mexico.  

This is a 2 story vacation condo with a private master bedroom and 
bathroom on the upper level.  Our fully equipped kitchen has a 
stove, microwave, and dishwasher.  Linens are provided and the 
washer/dryer is located inside the condo.  Other amenities include 
air conditioning, 2 TV/VCR's, dishes/utensils provided, a charcoal 
grill, stereo, and 3 balconies with views. 

Family activities in the area include Big Kahuna Water Park, 
Gulfarium, Championship Golf Courses, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, deep 
sea fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, and a variety of great 
restaurants. 

Mar 1 - April 12        $1050/week Saturday to Saturday
April 12 - May 24       $895/week or $140/night 
May 24 - August 9      $1375/week Saturday to Saturday
August 9 - Sept 6      $775/week or $125/night
Sept 6 - Nov 1          $650/week or $100/night
Nov. 1 - Feb 28         $550/week, $95/night, or $1200/month
Add 11.5% tax, $200 initial deposit with full payment due 45 days in 
advance. $200 security deposit required & $75 cleaning fee. No pets, 
no smoking. We rent from Saturday to Saturday only during the summer 
and during some Spring Break weeks.
