We offer two bedrooms and two bathrooms in this modern, spacious
(1,500 sq. foot ) and professionally decorated condo. There are direct
water views from the kitchen, dining room living room, master bedroom
and large balcony!  

The master bedroom is appointed with a king-sized bed, two walk-in
closets, vaulted ceilings, spacious master bathroom and twenty feet of
windows with unobstructed water views! Waking up here is not something
you'll soon forget...

The kitchen is very luminous, large and well furnished. You'll never
miss a thing while you're in this home away from home.

The second bedroom has two twin beds, it's own TV, dresser and two
windows to let in the sea breeze and our famous Florida sunshine.

The large, two-car garage is a hard-to-find amenity. You'll also find
the barbeque grills (both charcoal and gas) there, beach chairs,
umbrella and beach toys for you to enjoy while you're our guests.

• HI-SEASON $925 per week (February, March, April and Holiday Weeks)
• MID-SEASON - $800 per week (January)
• OFF-SEASON $675 per week (May - December)
• Save an extra 10% on stays of 28 days or more.
• Special pricing available for longer stays.

25% deposit required to make a reservation, payment 
in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. Save an additional 5% by making 
payment in full when confirming the reservation (minimum 60 days prior
to arrival).

A refundable $300 security deposit is also required.

Check-in (4pm EST) and check-out (10am EST) are on Sundays, unless
prior special arrangements are made.
