Vacation in our charming 2 bedroom 1 bath "old florida style" beach 
cottage just across the street from the white-sandy beach and a
short walk to world famous Johns Pass Village. This quaint 
cottage was originally built as a fishing camp in 1938 and has been 
beautifully renovated with a full kitchen,living room (w/sofa for 
additional bed), dining room,2 bedrooms with a queen and double bed. 
Bath has an old fashioned footed bathtub. The private back yard is 
landscaped in a tropical setting and has a brick patio to relax or 
grill. There is an 1 bedroom cottage in the back available to
rent for additional friends and family.

So many activities and resturants available within walking distance. 
Easy transportation available on the beach trolley.

Our non-smoking cottage is fully furnished in a comfortable "beach 
style" decor with air conditioning,Cable TV,VCR,and DVD for 
your enjoyment,Bath and bed linens.Washer and Dryer.Our fully 
equipped kitchen has a refrigerator,oven,coffee maker,toaster, 
microwave,and of course a blender!
Relax in the spacious fenced in back yard,equipped with patio 
seating and a gas grill.

Beach, shelling, swimming, sunsets, biking, fishing, dolphin 
watching, miniature Golf, Johns Pass Village offers unique shops and 
resturants,deep sea fishing, sunset and casino cruises, jetsking, 
parasailing, boating, sailing, waterskiing, windsurfing, 
skimboarding, snorkling and diving.

30 mintes to St.Pete/Clearwate Airport
45 minutes to Tampa International Airport

Rates for our 2 bedroom cottage start at $500.00 - $750.00 a week or 
$1550.00 - $2100.00 a month, depending upon the time of year.

Prices are USD and state/local taxes are not included in the rates 
quoted.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. 
Arrival after 4 p.m.  Departure before 11 a.m.

50% deposit due at time of reservation. Balance due 14 days prior to 
check in.

A $200.00 refundable security deposit is required.
