Welcome to our unit, which we feel is the finest on Siesta Key Island 
for experiencing the waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

From the minute you walk in the front door you can see the ocean 
waves and sunset skyline before you from every room in the condo. In 
our second floor unit, with the west facing wall-to-wall windows, you 
have uninterrupted views of the Gulf of Mexico and Crescent Beach 
whether you're sitting or standing. In most units located on higher 
levels you must go to the edge of the porch and look over to view the 
beach.

This southern corner unit condo has a covered porch that looks out to 
the Gulf and the beach with a second porch on the side of the 
building that looks out to the southern stretch of beach. The parking 
is directly below where your vehicle remains cool under the cover of 
the building. Siesta Sands Resorts has two pools to choose from for 
swimming.

Our condo is the last commercial unit on the southern tip of Crescent 
Beach before the residential area. We have very private tropical 
surroundings with lush plants, sea oats and trees in a Garden of Eden 
type setting. The private beach area for condo residents has an open 
area adjacent to the beach with a Tiki hut and picnic table  
surrounded by the tropical foliage.

The condo unit is the most private and well-appointed condo with many 
electronic amenities. The Digital Surround Sound Home Theatre DVD/CD 
System with the 42" wide flat screen TV is all that you need for a 
night at the movies. Choose a movie or music CD from our library or 
bring your own. A Windows computer system has been installed 
with Internet connection. The high-speed Internet connection will 
have you completing your tasks to get onto the beach quickly.

From every point in the unit you are at the ocean, on the ocean and 
in the ocean without even stepping out of the condo to go to the 
beach although beach access is very easy. Just cross the hall, go 
down one flight of steps, past your private covered parking space to 
the gate. In less than a 30 second walk you are on one of the World's 
Greatest Beaches!

Not to mention the overwhelming, exhilaration you feel when the 
sunset on the horizon from the condo turns into a brilliant, 
spectacular panorama of nature's glowing splendor of ever changing 
sunset colors as the sun melts into the water just outside your 
windows. The colors streaming across the sky change from one color 
presentation to a different one over and over again until the sun is 
completely extinguished for the day. The view can be seen from 
seemingly anywhere and everywhere you are in the condo.

As you sit on the lanai upon a bar stool sipping your icy tropical 
drink and watching the slowly setting sun display a spectacular color 
show that engulfs you in the warmth of the golden rays as the warm 
island breeze from the Gulf gently caresses you face, you will 
believe, as we do, that you are in a romantic tropical paradise.
