and serene tropical island on the ocean side at the east end of 
Marathon.  

Up to sixty feet of private deepwater dockage at your back door on 
the canal, with immediate access to the Atlantic Ocean and a few 
quick minutes to the Gulf of Mexico.  The dockage is complete with a 
large bait and fish freezer, filet station, multiple water hookups, 
and 110V outlets.

Oversized sliding glass doors provide a picturesque view of the 
swimming pool, palm trees, tropical flora, and pristine canal; and 
give access to a large patio where you can relax for a meal, watch 
the boats pass by, or simply unwind in the ocean breezes of the 
Florida Keys with a tropical potion. Stunning sunrises are available 
for the early risers.

Key Colony Beach is in the heart of the Middle Keys. Our quaint 
little community boasts pet friendly waterfront parks, SCUBA diving 
services, boat and kayak rentals, tennis courts, jogging paths, a 
playground, golf course, boat ramp, and charter fishing fleet.  

These attractions, as well as a post office, deli, small shopping 
center, and several restaurants are just a short walk away.  The 
main 
thoroughfares feature wide, protected lanes for walkers, bicyclers 
or joggers.

There are two major supermarkets, many restaurants, gift boutiques, 
convenience and national drug stores, and a hospital in the area. 
There is also a public library with computers and internet access. 

Nearby is the Dolphin Research Center and the Theater of the Sea 
which offer tours and education as well as the chance to meet and 
swim with the dolphins!
