Our villa is a fully air-conditioned home is situated in the quiet,
residential community of Briargrove.

The fully screened south facing pool is in a large fully fenced garden
offering privacy and security.  Pool heat is available and a pool
blanket provided  

Disney is a 12 minute car journey and all theme parks and attractions
are within easy reach as the I4 is only 2 miles away making it easy to
return home from the theme parks for a relaxing lunch by the pool
before returning for the evening entertainments.  

The nearest Publix supermarket is 2 miles and Walmart is 9 miles away.
 The 192 with all its restaurants shops and other attraction is within
easy reach.

Championsgate Golf resort is 2 miles away and there are a dozen other
courses within 20 minuites drive.

Fishing in the nearby lakes is also easily accessible as are other
water activities.

The pool deck is furnished with loungers and a table and umbrella.

Our light and airy family room overlooks the pool which can be
accessed through the French windows (alarm fitted).  Digital cable TV,
DVD and Cd players are provided. The formal dining area seats 8.  A
ceiling fan adds to your comfort in hot weather.

The kitchen/ breakfast nook is connected to the family room by a
breakfast bar.  The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you
will need.  Cooker, microwave, blender, coffee maker, waste disposal,
all crockery and utensils, cookware and plasticware for use in the
pool area. 

The master bedroom has a queen bed, digital cable TV, telephone
estension and a large walk-in closet.  The en-suite bathroom has a
walk-in shower and twin vanity unit and can be accessed directly from
the pool deck. 

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, television and large closet and shares the
second bathroom with bedroom 3. The twin bedded room has been newly
decorated with a space theme and also has been equipped with a television.

The double garage houses the washing machine and drier.

only 2 miles away.

Fishing is available on the nearby lakes and Kissimmee.
