The master bedroom includes a Queen size bed & walk-
in closet. The Kitchen is stocked with all of the appliances needed 
to make your stay hassle free. The dining room has a decorative 
touch with a small dining room table providing comfortable seating 
for four. The front porch allows visitors to sit down and enjoy the 
beautiful weather both day and night! The living room has one couch 
which will pull out into a double size bed. Additional Unit 
Amenities: Air Conditioning, Cable TV, VCR, DVD player, Stereo, CD 
Player, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice 
Maker, Cooking Utensils provided, Linens provided, Washer, Dryer. 

Madeira Beach Yacht Club is a Gated Community and offers two 
swimming pools, clubhouse with pool table, lockers, exercise 
equipment, in addition to the amenities listed. The Yacht Club laps 
the Boca Ciega Intracoastal waterway and is just a short walk to the 
Gulf of Mexico with its miles of sugar white soft sandy beaches 
where amazing sunsets can be seen.

Cleaning fee: $70.00; State taxes of 12% additional to rates.
Cancellation Policy: More than 60 days, refund minus $100; Less than 
60 days, no refund.
Reservation Deposit: 50% with final balance 7 business prior to 
arrival.
