ten acres overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Your car will be parked 
within steps of the building. On the property are four clay tennis 
courts, heated fresh-water pool, shuffle board, and BBQ Grill. A 
beautiful and secure setting with endless walking along the white 
sands of the Gulf, within one block of shops, restaurants, 
marina, charter fishing, executive golf course and vintage trolley 
cars for leisurely rides up-and-down the island - and beyond.  

In addition to enjoying the ocean while early-morning shelling or 
watching the evening sunsets, there is also an endless display of 
wildlife - herons, osprey, spoonbills and dolphins. To cast your 
fishing pole into the Gulf waters could turn out to be 
a "surprising" experience! There are many golf courses from which to 
choose; casino cruises, fishing, parasailing, kayaks, canoes, 
motorbikes, jet skis, and pontoons for viewing the back bay. To 
relive a golden era in aviation, a 1940's open cockpit Biplane can 
take you on a classic air adventure. Closeby are Captiva and Sanibel 
Islands; Naples, Miromar & Tanger Outlet Malls; giant flea markets
